Our COVID 19 Update

Effective from Monday 2nd August 2021

The practice is back open for routine booked appointments from 8am – 5pm, our phone lines are open during the same hours.

If you are attending the practice for an appointment please follow the steps on arrival:

  1. Please arrive at the front door, knock, and step back. A member of the team will come out to check you in.
    OR you can wait in your car and call us to check in, please leave a mobile number with the team and we’ll call you when we are ready.


  1. Once ready, the vet will come out and speak with you, collect your pet, and take them inside. Please wait outside.
  2. Once your pet is ready the vet will bring them back outside and explain the results of the consultation, and if necessary, any follow up treatment and/or medication.
  3. Once the vet has completed the consultation with you, they will, or another member of the team come out to take payment by card (preferred) or cash. You can also pay any time on our website.

If any member of your household is isolating or showing any signs of COVID-19 please do not attend the practice, you can get a friend or another family member who does not live with you to bring your pet.

Remember you can order your repeat prescriptions online 

If you have a bill to pay and know the amount, you can pay this anytime via our online payment service, it’s completely secure.
